A chance networking opportunity (pint & curry) led to one of our earliest commissions. The host building, a ruined barn on the corner of quite a busy road on the edge of Staffordshire and Cheshire, and had been derelict for as long as we could remember.

 

Planning permission had been gained by another consultant, however the design for this left much to be desired. The new owner engaged b3architectural who thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of bringing this ruin back to life and achieving a dream for the lucky owner.

 

B3architectural's design flair combined with an excellent builder team saw the building value uplift from the £140k shell to an £850k bespoke 4-bedroom barn in the greenbelt for a modest £325k investment during the project.
